What is a consultation?
Before we can fullfil a custom order, we work with you to figure out all the details about what you are requesting and how much it is going to cost. This is where a consultation comes in, it is where we message you back and start working out specifics of your order with you. During the consultation, we will ask you a bunch of questions and it is your chance to ask us questions. The goal here is communication and to achieve the best results. Consultations are FREE.
How will Payments Work?
Custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit of half upfront to begin making the project. This is to protect us as a business and create a slot for your product to be put into our order list.
After this initial deposit is made, a payment plan may be created to pay the remaining amount. You will not receive your finished product until the entire amount is paid in full.
What Happens If You Can't Pay in Full?
Projects not paid in full after an extended period of time will go into Ready To Go Items. This is to protect us as a business and allow us to still make profit off of cancelled custom orders.
As long as you communicate and work with us we will work with you, but if you fail to communicate about needing more time, after no more than 2 months it will be placed into Ready To Go Items where you still have a chance to buy it.

How Do You Pay?
As a small business, we have access to multiple platforms of payment including Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp, and Zelle.
We know scams are real, and will not tolerate payments being cancelled or reverse transactions. If you do, you will no longered be allowed to order with us. This is to protect us and our small business.
Do We Accept Refunds?
Simple answer is no.
As a small business who focuses on custom orders, everything is handmade to fit you. Even our pre-made items have taken hours and hours to make. So if you place an order with us, and it has shipped or been made, refunds will not be made. There are special cases were we may have not started your order at all, and can refund it, but this is a case by case.
