Custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit of half upfront to begin making the project. This is to protect us as a business and create a slot for your product to be put into our order list.

After this initial deposit is made, a payment plan may be created to pay the remaining amount. You will not receive your finished product until the entire amount is paid in full.

As long as you communicate and work with us we will work with you, but if you fail to communicate about needing more time, after no more than 2 months it will be placed into Ready To Go Items where you still have a chance to buy it. We understand special cases occur, so please just reach out to us.

 Sublimation Gallery

Sublimation uses heat and pressure to join the ink into the product.

• It is best for higher polyester cloth, specialty surfaces, hats, coasters, keychains, etc.
• This allows for multiple colors to be used at once to allow a transfer of the image or design.

Each design can be customized to fit your needs as an individual or as a business. The designer will work closely with you to achieve what you are looking for.
